About TaxRes CRM

Built from real
tax-resolution work

TaxRes CRM was built by a practicing tax resolution professional who manages resolution cases every day.

It did not begin as a general CRM adapted for tax firms. It began with the daily problems that come with managing transcripts, notices, Forms 2848 and 8821, client documents, follow-ups, deadlines, payments, and communication across too many separate systems.

Built by a practicing tax-resolution professional.
Refined every day through real client work.

Why It Exists

The software did not match the work

Tax-resolution cases do not move through a simple sales pipeline.

A single client matter may involve:

  • Transcript review.
  • Compliance checks.
  • Power of attorney forms.
  • IRS and state correspondence.
  • Collection deadlines.
  • Financial intake.
  • Document requests.
  • Calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Payment arrangements.
  • Follow-up tasks that may remain open for months.

General business CRMs can store a name and a phone number. They do not naturally account for the way resolution work develops across a client file.

That gap is why TaxRes CRM was built.

The goal was not to add another application to the firm's software stack. The goal was to keep the work connected to the client and case where it belongs.

Built in Practice

Every feature starts with a real operating need

TaxRes CRM is used daily in a working tax-resolution practice.

Features are added because a recurring task needs to be tracked, a client handoff needs more context, a document needs a safer route, or a deadline needs to be easier to see.

That approach led to tools for:

  • Client and case management.
  • Lead intake.
  • Tasks and workflows.
  • IRS transcript parsing.
  • Forms 2848 and 8821.
  • Client document uploads.
  • E-signatures.
  • Appointment scheduling.
  • Calls, email, SMS, and fax records.
  • Invoices, payments, and accounts receivable.
  • Role-based permissions.
  • Reporting.

The product is not designed from a hypothetical workflow diagram. It is shaped by what happens when a practitioner opens a client file, reviews a transcript, calls an agency, requests documents, records the result, and decides what must happen next.

The Difference

You speak with the person who built it

When you book a demonstration, you do not get transferred to a sales representative who has never handled a resolution case. You speak directly with the builder.

That means the conversation can stay focused on actual firm mechanics:

  • How your team tracks open IRS and state matters
  • Where transcripts and notices are stored
  • How staff members inherit context when a case changes hands
  • How missing documents are followed up
  • How CSEDs, liens, and notice activity are reviewed
  • How calls, emails, texts, and tasks remain connected to the client

The purpose of the demonstration is not to force a generic presentation onto your firm. It is to see whether TaxRes CRM matches the way your team works and identify what would still be needed before you could use it.

Designed Around Resolution

The client file is the center of the work

TaxRes CRM is organized around the client and the matter — not around disconnected tools.

A staff member should be able to open a client and understand:

  • What the case is about.
  • What has already happened.
  • What documents are available.
  • What the IRS or state has sent.
  • What the client has been told.
  • What remains outstanding.
  • Who is responsible for the next step.
  • When that step is due.

That context matters when a case lasts several months, passes between employees, or requires repeated contact with an agency. The system is designed to keep that record together.

Practitioner-Led

Built by someone who does the work

TaxRes CRM is developed from the perspective of a practicing tax resolution professional — not a general software team trying to learn tax resolution after the fact.

Case-Tested

Used daily in a real practice

Features are reviewed through actual operating use. The product changes when the work shows that a process can be recorded, assigned, or followed up more clearly.

Direct Access

No sales representative between you and the builder

Questions about the product, workflow, and future direction can be discussed with the person responsible for building and using it.

What We Will Not Claim

The product should prove the point

TaxRes CRM will not claim to be the right system for every accounting or tax practice. It is built specifically for firms that perform tax-resolution work.

The website will not rely on:

  • Invented customer testimonials.
  • Unverified statistics.
  • Customer logos we do not have permission to use.
  • Claims about certifications that have not been earned.
  • Feature promises for work that is still planned.
  • Comparisons that cannot be documented.

During a demonstration, the focus stays on showing what the system does today.

Where It Is Going

Refined through continued use

Tax-resolution work changes. Firm procedures change. Communication tools change. Agency processes change. A growing practice also develops new requirements around permissions, reporting, billing, and staff coordination.

TaxRes CRM will continue to be refined through direct use and feedback from practitioners who understand the work.

Future features should be discussed as planned only after their status is confirmed. Automated IRS TDS A2A transcript retrieval, Microsoft 365 email, Google Calendar, Zapier, and several other connections are planned or in progress — not completed.

Build what helps the firm record the work, find the next step, and keep the client matter moving.
